Service Limitations

Vehicle Damage and Liability

Customers are encouraged to inspect their vehicle before and after service to identify any concerns.
Liability for damage caused during service is limited to repair or replacement at our discretion, provided the damage is verified and directly caused by our team.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their vehicle, its location, and any special requirements.
The customer must ensure that the vehicle is legally towable and accessible.
If a service is canceled after dispatch, a cancellation fee may apply.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued at the discretion of DILUSSO Towing LLC for services that were not completed due to issues on our part.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service.
Emergency Services
Emergency towing and roadside assistance are available 24/7. Priority is given to emergency situations, but response times may vary.
